The Institute for National Security Strategy (INSS) would like to invite you to contribute an article focused on contemporary East Asian issues in areas of international relations, inter-Korean relations, politics, economics, social matter, and security for the Journal of East Asian Affairs.

Those who are interested in contributing articles to the journal should follow the submission guidelines available upon request. A summary of the submission guidelines is as follows:

A paper should be more than 20 pages and no longer then 45 pages (5,000~11,000 words), including an abstract which is less than 200 words, 3-5 keywords, resume, footnotes, references, tables, figures, charts, and appendix. All materials should be written in 11 point type, Times New Roman font, and double-spaced using microsoft word. The page-size of the paper is based on standard 8.5x11 inch paper. Notes should be marked by superior numbers and listed consecutively in the footnotes. References are also required. the style of the paper must conform to the submission guideline.

The paper should be an original one which has not been published previously, as well as which is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to other journals for consideration must be indicated.

Email submission of the paper is required. All materials should be submitted via e-mail in microsoft word file format. Once a paper is formally accepted, authors may be requested to make additional revisions and will be required to assign the copyright for their article to institute for national security strategy. Assignment of copyright is a condition of publication. The paper will not be returned to the authors.
